Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to product availability. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and local fees are non-refundable.

Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

For international shipments, orders are dispatched on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:

  • Product prices do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or local taxes.
  • Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges must be paid by the recipient.
  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.
